Ralph Peters appeared at the 2012 Colby Military Writers' Symposium, held annually at Norwich University in Vermont, will talk about his historical novel, Cain at Gettysburg.Ralph Peters, New York Post columnist and Fox News strategic analyst, served with the U.S. Army from 1976 to 1998. He retired with the rank of lieutenant colonel. Col. Peters' many books include Looking for Trouble, New Glory and Beyond Baghdad.
